I first encountered Plan・DO・See at a company information session when I was a student.
I like to do what I like for someone, so I sympathize with the story of "Work where you like, do what you like, and work with people you like." I applied. I joined the company as a new graduate in 2018 and currently work in Osaka.
The Plan・Do・See shop has an atmosphere that makes you feel extraordinary. Even if you search in the city, you won't find a restaurant or a wedding venue with such a natural atmosphere.
It is an environment that is full of rewarding and supports the growth of each individual. First of all, do what you have been entrusted with, and then let me try what I want to try. Masu.
From now on, I would like to create an environment where everyone can work comfortably so that I can support the other members as a way of repaying the kindness that everyone has given me to take on challenges.

The Plan・Do・See shop is a place where I think I will continue to work in the future. Most of all, I enjoy working.
Seeing each individual working steadily toward their goals is very motivating.
I also value the relationships between people, and have respect and appreciation for all of our customers, partners, and staff. I was drawn to Plan・Do・See and decided to become an employee.
From now on, I want to be able to develop dining, and I will work on thinking about how to make menus, ingredients, and colors. It is very fun!

Personally, I grew up in the countryside, so even in the midst of the natural surroundings of the city of Osaka, I was blessed with a line of sight.
The environment with nature is attractive. I didn't know anything about cooking, so I started from zero, but my seniors and colleagues taught me. I had imagined that the cooking industry would only involve washing dishes and cleaning... It was different from what I had imagined. Here, I have been involved in preparation and cooking from the beginning, and have been challenged.

You can be involved in high-level and wide-ranging cooking, such as Italian cuisine at the restaurant, and Japanese cuisine with Japanese elements added to the classic French cuisine at the wedding. It's a great environment to gain experience as a chef.

Ordering, preparing, serving

In addition to cooking, we also place orders and prepare preparations for sales. Also, as a support for cooking, there is also a job to serve ingredients and cooked things on plates.
