Customers who use this venue (hereinafter referred to as our company's venue) operated by Plan, Do, See (Kyoto) (hereafter referred to as our company), must accept the content of this venue without any inconvenience. Please deposit the shooting plan fee on top.
2. Payment
Customers are required to pay the full amount of the photo plan (40,000 yen including tax) charged by us by credit card or cash on the day of shooting.
3. Cancel
If you cancel after applying for your convenience, please pay the cancellation fee specified below. ● From the 14th day to the day before: 5,000 yen ●On the day: 40,000 yen
4. Schedule change
You can change the shooting date that has already been decided up to 3 days before the shooting date free of charge. After that, it will be treated as cancellation and you will have to pay the cancellation fee.
5. Weather
Even if it is raining or cloudy on the day of shooting, we will shoot inside the building. If we determine that shooting is impossible due to a natural disaster or any other reason that cannot be attributed to our responsibility, we will stop shooting. In that case, we will not charge the schedule change fee related to the new shooting date.
