Questions about the restaurant

QMay I decide the meal on the day?
AIt is also possible to receive a reservation only for lunch and dinner. There is a limited number of courses at dinner.
If you wish, please contact us at the time of booking or by the day before.

QDo you have lunch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays?
AThere is no lunch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Dinner is open.
※ There may be closed all day for maintenance in the building.
QCan you deal with allergies?
AIt corresponds. There is also a menu for vegetarians.
Please tell us when you make a reservation what you can not eat.
Even if it is included in the content of the course, you can change it.
QCan I bring in a cake?
AWe apologize, but please refrain from bringing in food and drinks, including cakes, due to hygiene concerns.
We can arrange the homemade pastry cake on our reservation three days before.
Cakes can be prepared according to the number of people. (Example: Cake for 2 people ¥ 1,600)
In addition, cake can not be taken home. Please acknowledge.
QCan I bring in wine?
AIt is possible to bring in.
Cork charge ¥6,000 per bottle of wine/champagne
There will be a charge of ¥23,000 per bottle of whiskey.

The prices shown include tax. A 10% service charge will be added to the prices shown.
QDo you have any souvenirs?
AWe have seasonal Japanese sweets, chopsticks and meal tickets available at our hotel.
QDo you have a private room?
Ayes. Yes. We have private rooms in the restaurant for groups of 4 to 19 people. (*Meals are course only.)
Also, if there are more than 20 people, we will be at the banquet hall.

QDo they have a dress code?
ANothing in particular.
However, men are not allowed to use beach sandals and running shirts.
QDo you have sister stores in Kyoto?
AYes. There is a bistro shop near the Kyoto City Hall where you can enjoy French cuisine casually. Please use this together.

QWhat kind of food can you prepare?
AWe will basically serve Italian food. We can also accept reservations for Japanese-style cuisine upon request, so please contact us for details or see the course plan below.

QAre there any restrictions on the number of users? What kind of room do you have?
AThe use of the venue (banquet) is basically 20 people or more.
We also accept new buildings (up to 300 people) and whole buildings (up to 500 people), so please inquire once.

QCan I change the number or contents of my reservation?
APlans can be considered up to 10 days in advance.
You can change the number of people until the last 2 days before confirmation of the latest number of people one week ago.
QIs it possible to temporarily hold the venue?
ABasically, we accept orders for up to one week.
※ Please note that there are times when we can not accept it depending on the time.
QAre there any rental equipment or equipment?
AMicrophones, microphone stands and sound equipment can be borrowed free of charge.
There is a charge for projectors & screens, karaoke equipment, etc. Please contact us for more details.
QIs there a shuttle bus?
AThere is no dedicated shuttle bus available.
We can arrange for you, so please feel free to contact us.
QIs there a cancellation fee?
APlease note that if you cancel the banquet for your convenience, you will be charged the cancellation fee specified below. In addition, the following "estimated amount" will be the estimated amount as of the day when the customer was notified that the cancellation was made in writing (in the case of postal mail, the postmark date).

Questions about facilities & services

QIs there a parking lot?
ANot at the hotel. The nearby coin parking is available.
In addition, the parking fee is fully paid by the customer. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
QCan I eat with a wheelchair?
AYes. You can eat while staying in the wheelchair. Restrooms are also available for wheelchairs only. Please be assured that the staff will assist you in places with steps.
QCan I call for a taxi on the way back?
AYes. You can also arrange your designated taxi company.
QIs there a toilet for the disabled?
AYes. The multipurpose toilet is fully equipped on the main building 1st floor and the new building 1st floor.
QHow long does it take a taxi from Kyoto Station?
AYou can arrive in about 10 minutes to 15 minutes.

QIs there an ATM (Cash Machine) in the store?
AWe are sorry but we do not have it. There is a convenience store and a city bank within a 3-minute walk.
QDo you have any gifts or gifts?
AYes. Oil lamps, cutlery, restaurant tickets, etc. are sold at the main building restaurant reception.

AWe are sorry but we do not have it. If you are a wedding presenter, we will introduce you to the property.
QCan I rent just the venue for an event?
AYes, it is possible. You can use the venue as an event venue without meals.
Please ask our staff for details such as the required square meters and facilities.

▼About facility maintenance
Renovation work will be carried out on the building from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to Sunday, August 31, 2025.
During the construction period mentioned above, access to the building will be restricted.
