Otonami course

A chef who has trained as a patissier offers a lively “Okashi Kaiseki Course” where he explains while cooking in the open kitchen over the counter. A total of 6 sweets will be paired with tea from Horii Shichimeien, which protects the traditional cultivation of Uji tea. Option to enjoy pairing with Japanese sake selected by the sommelier according to the seasonal menu (charged, 6 glasses of Japanese sake pairing + 5,000 yen (1 person / tax included), from September 2023 available) is also available.
