Please note that you can not make a reservation by contacting the hotel.

If only dressing is required, please schedule the appointment approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony for both families.
For those requesting dressing and makeup services, we ask that both families arrive approximately two hours before the wedding ceremony.

We have separate changing rooms for men and women.
No prior reservation is required.

Wheelchairs are available for free rental. Please inform your assigned planner if you require one. You can also drive or take a taxi inside the gate and proceed up to the ramp.

A cloakroom is available in the waiting room.
You can also leave large suitcases and clothes you've changed into at the hotel.

In addition to providing a nursing space within the building, we also have a diaper changing station in the multi-purpose restroom.

Kodaiji Temple Parking Lot

A free shuttle bus runs from Kyoto Station to our hotel for wedding guests.
It has a capacity of 25 people, departs every 30 minutes, and is intended for guests attending weddings.

*Please note that this is a shared bus and not a private bus for the two families, so there is a limit to the number of passengers who can ride.
*Since there is no shuttle bus service on weekdays, we will provide a taxi for the journey between Kyoto Station and SODOH.
