"The Sodoh Higashiyama Kyoto" stands on a 2,000-tsubo (approximately 6,600 square meter) plot of land at the foot of Higashiyama in Kyoto.
The private residence of the great Japanese painter Takeuchi Seiho, adjacent to the Yasaka Pagoda which he loved, is situated in a breathtaking location overlooking a World Heritage site.
