Aiming to be a store that continues to be loved around the world
Azabu, a Edomae sushi restaurant that fascinates gourmets around the world, made a triumphant return to Azabu, Tokyo, an area with many faces, both old and new, Japanese and Western, as Sushi Azabu in November 2023. Since then, it has been delivering Edo chic and hospitality to its customers.
This time on Saturday, September 21, 2024, we will open Sushi Azabu Higashiyama in the historic and prestigious city of Kyoto, which attracts many customers from Japan and abroad. Based on traditional Edomae sushi, we will offer courses that make use of local ingredients and incorporate modern and seasonal tastes, along with our heartfelt hospitality, in a space that blends tradition and modernity.
