・Moderator's desk: Free for up to one unit, additional units cost 5,500 yen
・One microphone is free. Each additional microphone costs 5,500 yen.

The venue fee of ¥33,000 is a special rate for using the same venue and layout for both the conference and the social gathering.
If you wish to hold the meeting and social gathering at separate venues, the following rates will apply.
Until 16:00: ¥33,000 (tax and service charge included) / 1 hour
16:00 onwards ¥110,000 (tax and service charge included) / 1 hour
