Introducing the new event "THEORY".
“THEORY” is a one-day event that collaborates with stores in Kyoto that value their own style and cannot be realized elsewhere.
The first collaboration is with Saika, a renowned Chinese restaurant in Kyoto's Higashiyama.
The shop where you can enjoy the beautiful Nouvelle Chinoise is famous for being difficult to make reservations.
We will prepare Chinese x Italian course using ingredients and techniques that can only be tasted here.
